I took advantage of one these beautiful Cincinnati mornings to shoot a couple of workout videos on my back deck. As a personal trainer, my schedule can sometimes get a little crazy. It’s a client and appointment driven business, so I don’t have all day to hang out at the gym and work out, which makes having the flexibility to get in a great fat burning workout in a short time absolutely critical.
This first post is the set of warm ups I use at the beginning of most boot camp classes.

Time: 5-10 minutes
Exercises:
1. Knee to Chest Stretch x 10
2. Lying Hamstring Stretch x 5/5
3. Push Up Position :30 / Forearm Plank :30 / Super Plank :30 (choose your variation)
4. Alternating Spiderman Climb (add reach) x 10
5. Squat x 10 – 20
6 Lunge x 10 – 20
7. Side Lunge x 10 – 20
8. Alternating Shoulder Stretch x 10
9. Internal + External Shoulder Rotation x 5 – 10
